How long does it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 3 business days to process your order. However, we dispatch the order as soon as possible, and if we can, we use first-class service to ship it so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is from 3 to 8 business days.

How can I track the order?
Please visit our website to see the shipping status of the order. Once your order is shipped, our system will send you an email notification with the tracking number, which you can use to track the order. You will be able to track your order on our website by clicking on the "tracking order" link.
What are shipments charges?
We use standard shipping, and the cost is free. Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.
Clicks n' Things is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.
How can I cancel my order and get refunds?
To cancel your order, you need to contact us before we ship your package. You can contact us at email@example.com to process the cancelation. We will initiate the refund as soon as possible.
